This is an original intuitive abstract painting on stretched 30x40" canvas.
In this painting I wanted to just have the color express itself. I didn't want to worry about shape or form. The effect reminds me of my time spent in Shanghai. The streets were always busy in that city. On rainy days people would rush about and in the excitement and energy of the place made people seem like just blurs of color, as if we were looking at them through a rainy day window.
In intuitive painting there are no rules or agenda. The process is a series of choices based on trust and love. With each stroke I leap into the unknown always looking deeper, stripping what isn't needed, and adding what brings joy.
